Acer ha realizzato un ottimo compromesso tra prestazioni ed ergonomicità con il suo Aspire Nitro VN7-571G-574H. Il portatile ha potenza sufficiente per le applicazioni quotidiane, e riesce a far girare in modo fluido anche qualche gioco recente. Allo stesso tempo, non bisogna sopportare rumori o temperature elevate. Il portatile sorprende anche con un'ottima autonomia della batteria - che non è una cosa scontata in questa categoria di prestazioni.

L'ampia autonomia unitamente alla decente tastiera (inclusa retroilluminazione) rendono interessante questo portatile per l'utilizzo in giro. Anche lo schermo non delude. Acer ha installato uno schermo IPS luminoso e con contrasto elevato.

Acer deve accettare le critiche per le scarse opzioni di manutenzione e upgrade. Ad esempio, per effettuare l'upgrade della memoria fino a 16 GB, bisogna aprire il case e rimuovere la scheda madre.
