L'Asus N751JX non vuole solo attirare i giocatori, ma vuole anche essere un sostituto del computer di casa. Il computer offre più che sufficienti prestazioni di elaborazione per le attività quotidiane e può eseguire giochi per computer senza problemi. Il rumore e la temperatura restano moderate. Grazie all'hard drive da 1 TB, agli utenti non mancherà la capacità di archiviazione. Nel caso in cui l'hard drive un giorno fosse realmente pieno, semplicemente è possibile aggiungere un secondo disco rigido da 2,5 pollici. Inoltre, vi è anche un'entrata per un SSD M.2. Un notebook progettato come desktop replacement dovrebbe anche avere buoni dispositivi di input. Il computer non delude sotto questo aspetto. Abbiamo apprezzato anche l'opaco, brillante display Full HD. Tuttavia, il contrasto potrebbe essere superiore. Purtroppo, Asus ha integrato un pannello TN con angoli di visione ridotti. Un display IPS dovrebbe in realtà essere standard per i computer di questa fascia di prezzo. Fortunatamente, il display built-in TN è uno dei migliori modelli di questo tipo. I suoi angoli di visuale sono visibilmente più ampi rispetto a quelli cui siamo abituati dai modelli TN.

Per riassumere: Con l'Asus N751X, si otterrà un all-round notebook / desktop replacement senza veri punti deboli per poco meno di 1200 euro (~ $ 1351)
