Corsair TBT200 Thunderbolt 4 Dock arrives with support for dual 4K HDR displays
The Corsair TBT200 Thunderbolt 4 Dock has been launched. The gadget lets you add ten more ports to your connected Mac, PC or Chromebook. There are three Thunderbolt 4 USB-C outputs with a 40 Gbps transfer speed, and you can connect the gadget to your device via a fourth Thunderbolt 4 port. Plus, the product is compatible with Thunderbolt 3 gadgets.
Other ports on the dock include an SD card reader, a 3.5 mm audio jack and 2.5 GB ethernet. A 15 W USB-C port can transfer data at up to 10 Gbps, and three 7.5 W USB-A outputs can accommodate speeds up to 10 Gbps. You can charge the device at up to 96 W, with pass-through charging to connected gadgets. Plus, a Kensington security slot helps to protect your dock from being stolen. The product supports dual 4K HDR monitors, which can be connected using the accompanying USB-C to HDMI and DisplayPort cable adapters.
The gadget has an aluminum case measuring 8.74 x 3.27 x 0.99-in (~222 x 83 x 25 mm) and weighing 0.9 lbs (~ 0.4 kg), and it comes with a two-year warranty. In the box with the docking station are a 0.8 m (~2.6 ft) Thunderbolt 4 USB-C to USB-C cable, a 1 m (~3.3 ft) USB-C to HDMI cable, a 1 m (~3.3 ft) USB-C to DisplayPort cable and a 150 W power supply.
