The Infinix Zero X Pro is another solid ‘premium affordable’ handset in the mode of the Redmi Note 10 Pro and the Poco X3 Pro, with a fine 120Hz AMOLED display and a strong 108Mp camera. Almost unique to this area of the market is a periscope telephoto lens that actually earns its place on the back of the phone. I'm not so convinced by the accompanying Moon Shot mode, but that’s pretty much irrelevant in daily (and even nightly) shooting. Where the phone falls short is when it comes to reliability, chiefly in the form of battery life under more intensive conditions (even if charging is pretty fast), and a truly terrible fingerprint sensor. Elsewhere, Infinix’s software is just too overbearing for our stomachs. There’s promise here for future models, but Infinix needs to nail down those fine details and streamline its software if it’s to mix it with the budget big boys.

Infinix is taking budget smartphones to the next level with one of its flashiest budget offerings yet: the Infinix Zero X Pro. For its price of P14,990, this device hosts some impressive specs that you’ll often see in high-end phones, including an eye-catching design, a 108MP rear camera, and a 120Hz refresh rate display. It is also propped as the ideal mate for moon watchers and mobile photographers alike, for its Super Zoom Moonshot camera. But how does it fare as an all-around mobile device? Read on as Speed brings it to a test below.

The Infinix Zero X Pro is nothing short of an intriguing foray into a more premium device segment for the company. Its price is still a bit hard to precisely pinpoint, but if we go by the fairly safe assumption of a $400 starting MSRP for the 8GB/128GB model, the value proposition is certainly strong. At least on paper, that is. Like the saying goes, "the truth is in the details," and unfortunately, Infinix managed to fail just about as many of those as it nailed with the Zero X Pro. That makes it kind of a hassle to expect a consistently good experience out of - a reality that is not really worth settling for in today's smartphone market. You can get a much more consistently great experience elsewhere. Overall, it's a decent phone that likely won't disappoint an average user, but definitely not a device we would recommend actively seeking out and choosing.

The Infinix Zero X and X Pro smartphone come with an exciting set of features that are often seen in the mid-range segment. But as a big downside, the processing power is something that’s discouraging. However, the display capability, battery life, and camera support are noteworthy compared to the previous Infinix Note 8 series phones. Overall, both models are great choices in the mid-range segment. However, if you are looking for something simpler, you can check out the Redmi Note 10 series, while from the better camera features you can also visit the Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G. But if you’re looking for an affordable option, the Infinix Zero X Neo is an impressive choice.

Even with the disappointing battery life, and the fact that the Galileo algorithm isn’t really quite up to snuff, the Infinix Zero X Pro is actually a solid budget option. As long as you temper your expectations going in, you should have no major issues with the device. It’s just frustrating when so much hype is put into a single feature, and that one feature falls flat. Couple that with the fact that Infinix is only offering the Zero X Pro in select regions (not the U.S.), and it’s not the greatest recipe for success.

Infinix is ready to step up its game, and our hands-on with the Infinix Zero X Pro shows that it is slated to be the brand’s best and most premium phone in the Philippines. Despite being marketed as a mainstream mid-range phone, Infinix managed to stuff the Zero X Pro with flagship features like a 120hz AMOLED display, OIS on both the periscope and 108-main rear camera, and 45w wired charging. While there may be mixed thoughts about its use of an Helio G95 processor, the Zero X Pro is a very promising mid-range offering in the Philippines, especially if Infinix can give it an under Php 20k price tag. We should know more about the official price of the Zero X Pro on October 4, so stay tuned for that.

To consider the Infinix ZERO X NEO a jack of all trades is an understatement, because it is an excellent smartphone to own if you don’t want to spend your average monthly Malaysian pay check on a phone to get a super zoom lens, it’s fair to accept certain compromises for what it is priced at and it really stands out in the mid range phone competition. While I might be picky on a phone’s software experience regardless of its class, some may not mind as much as long as it doesn’t cause app crashes and freezes, and if you can live with bloat on a phone, then I have no problems recommending the Infinix ZERO X NEO at RM879, which you can head over here to purchase one.

The Infinix Zero X Neo smartphone is an economical smartphone that brings the most modern features at an affordable price. Unlike its variant Zero X and Zero X Pro, the phone is missing in some sections. But the overall features give mid-range buyers hope because the phone has an impressive screen, ample storage, decent performance, and long battery life. With all these cool features, Zero X Neo has become a decent recommendation in the mid-level smartphone. In short, you get everything for a decent price, but the alternative you can check out is the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G, while the Realme 8 is also a great lookout option.

The Infinix Zero 5G offers a good combination of features on paper, which is what got my attention in the first place. The things going in its favour are the powerful 5G SoC with support for a good number of 5G bands, good battery life with relatively quick charging, and an above-average telephoto camera. However, the performance of the rest of the cameras and the awkward software experience make this phone hard to recommend. If you're really after a good telephoto camera at around this price range, then I recommend spending a bit more and getting the Motorola Edge 20 (Review). It has an equally powerful 5G SoC but with a 3X telephoto camera, a 144Hz AMOLED display, and an IP52 rating. If you need to stick to a budget of Rs. 20,000, then you have excellent options such as the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G (Review) and Realme 9 5G Speed Edition (Review) to choose from.

The Infinix Zero 5G smartphone is a decent smartphone with a huge battery, full HD screen, decent camera, and processing speed. While many smartphone makers are busy removing features such as a 3.5mm jack, chargers, and important sensors, the Infinix Zero 5G provides you with almost everything a modern smartphone should have. Everything from its stellar performance to its excellent cameras, including a telephoto sensor, makes this phone an absolute joy to use. Whether you are an avid gamer, a photographer, or a binge-watcher, this phone has almost everything to satisfy your needs. If you can ignore the latest OS, gyro-EIS, and wireless charging, you can definitely go for this phone. The Infinix Zero 5G brings 5G connectivity and decent performance to the table for a budget price, but the trade-offs place the phone well behind the Pocos, Redmis, and Realmes of this world. Its design might look fresh from afar, but it feels quite cheap and plasticky in the hand. That cheap feeling extends to the company’s XOS 10 UI as well, which has to be one of the least appealing Android skins currently around. Props to Infinix for trying a different approach with its camera system, but dropping the ultra-wide entirely for a mediocre zoom lens doesn’t seem to have worked out all that well. Regular shots from the 48Mp main sensor are a little hit and miss, too. While the Infinix Zero 5G is a perfectly competent budget phone, it fails to build on the encouraging start made by the Infinix Zero X Pro in late 2021.

Infinix has been one of those brands trying hard to make its own place amongst the consumers in India. Realme, Oppo, Vivo, & Samsung seem to be its biggest competitors in the segment in which Infinix generally launches its smartphones. The brand seems to upping its game with the launch of its newest Infinix Zero 5G. The Zero 5G from Infinix comes at Rs 19,999 for its single 8GB + 128GB variant. However, the on-paper specifications include some of the first in its segment, such as a Dimensity 900 SoC. The Reno 7 with this SoC is priced at Rs 28,999. Infinix’s main competitors in this price range include iQOO Z5, Vivo T1 and the recently launched Realme 9 Pro. Does Infinix Zero 5G prove to be better than its alternatives? Let’s have a look. The Infinox Zero 5G is a decent device for its price where you are getting LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Moreover, the device has a distinctive design in its segment and software has improved a lot but there is still scope for further improvement.

There’s a lot of promise for the Infinix Zero 5G in the Philippines, especially if Infinix gives it an under Php 15k price tag. The display may be average at best, but having a telephoto camera and a Dimensity 900 processor makes the Zero 5G a possible disruptor in the market. We still do not know the official price of the Zero 5G in the Philipines, but a listing at the brand’s official Shopee store reveals an SRP of Php 11,999 and a promo price of Php 10,999. If that’s true, Infinix disrupts the 5G segment significantly–the Dimensity 900 processor alone makes the Zero 5G an instant winner, as it is an SoC found on mid-range phones priced at above Php 20k.

The Infinix Zero 5G is available at a starting price of Rs 19,999. The phone’s big advantage is the processor it is offering coupled with the faster and more RAM and higher storage space. The battery life is also more than adequate. I also liked the Portrait mode on the camera, but that’s where my praise for the camera stops. The camera and software are the weak points out here. Yes, the phone does have 5G, but India does not have 5G at moment, and it is unlikely to be the case at least for the next one or two years. The problem for Infinix is that the Rs 20,000 space is getting very competitive nowadays. Brands know this is where consumers are shifting in terms of spending. For Infinix, the challenge will be to stand against options such as Redmi Note 11 Pro, Pro 11+, Realme 9 Pro, Samsung Galaxy F23, all of which are operating at a similar margin.

The Infinix Zero 5G is an exciting smartphone that excels in some areas while falling short in others. The software could be better, the speaker could be louder, the camera is only average at best, and the lack of Widevine L1 is a huge letdown. As you are probably aware, the Infinix Zero 5G is not for everyone; it is designed for gamers. The smartphone stands out for its overall performance, quick response, and ability to handle heavy-duty apps. The entire value is boosted by the ultra-slim design and long battery life. Infinix Zero 5G was announced in February 2022 as the latest 5G smartphone in the upper mid-range segment by the Infinix brand. The Zero 5G cost around $250 (Rs 19,000 in India) approx which comes with few power-packed features according to its price segment. The phone delivers a 6.78 inches IPS LCD display panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, 500 nits peak brightness, and 5G connectivity. The 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset powers the phone and can reach a cloaking speed 2.4GHz at max supported by Mali-G68 MC4 GPU. The Infinix Zero 5G renders on Android 11 OS with XOS 10 user interface and the device is available in single 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage UFS 3.1 variant while you get a dedicated card slot for more storage. The phone has a rear camera of 48MP wide, 13MP telephoto, and a 2MP lens that can record videos up to 4K at 30 frames per second. The 16MP selfie can record videos only up to 1080p resolution but no support of gyro-EIS is available on this phone.

The Infinix Zero 5G is an interesting smartphone that does some things extremely well while barely making the cut in some other departments. The software needs improvement, the speaker requires a boost, the camera is average at best and lack of Widevine L1 is definitely disappointing. But there are positives as well. The overall performance, fast response and propensity of undertaking heavy duty apps makes the smartphone really stand out. And the really sleek design and great battery life adds to the overall value. If you are a heavy smartphone user and do everything from video and photo editing to gaming, this is a no-brainer. The Infinix Zero 5G keeps up with appearances thanks to a nearly flawless design and smooth performance. Unfortunately, for the price of Rs 19,999, the device is about average in all other aspects such as display and camera quality while its software implementation isn’t too great either. In comparison, the Moto G71 packs nearly the same performance metrics while offering a much cleaner UI and a better camera experience. Considering all of this, we can't wholeheartedly recommend the Infinix Zero 5G. Some troubling hardware corners were cut in its creation, and some unfortunate camera issues managed to further soil the experience. If the latter is addressed with software updates, we'll be far more willing to give it the thumbs up. If history is any indication, though, we'll likely see Infinix release a replacement model instead.

After spending weeks using the Infinix Zero 20, I feel the company has done a pretty decent job. Overall, I do believe that the smartphone can easily be one of the best in the under Rs 20,000 price segment. However, not to forget that this segment is competitive and Infinix will need to offer regular software updates and improve performance and camera overtime to attract more and more consumers. I really liked the matte finish design of the Infinix Zero 20 and also the fact that it is super lightweight, which also makes it extremely easy to use the phone with one hand. The Zero 20 also manages casual gaming well, and also the camera performance also turns out to be average with few areas for improvement. The battery life is decent and the 45W fast charging is also good for the price. The 90Hz AMOLED display is smooth and punchy for content consumption. Cool - that's how I can sum up most of the features of this smartphone. The biggest downside during testing for me was the software, cluttered with unnecessary add-ons, which sometimes can irritate us with quite intrusive suggestions to use them. I was also bothered by the shortcomings of the Polish language, but fortunately the manufacturer fixed it in the update, especially in the camera menu. So now, in terms of the interface, it's not too bad, and everything else looks good or even perfect. 180-watt charging is a great advantage - at the moment I see no competition for Infinix Zero Ultra. In addition, the phone is quite nice, well made, takes quite decent photos and, in fact, not the worst movies, although it could be better here. It has stereo speakers - not always sounding perfect, but it does. It comes with headphones, also not sensational, but it does.

If I briefly describe my impressions of the Infinix Zero Ultra after more than 3 weeks of testing, I can simply say that I liked it overall. The smartphone is hassle-free, although not without flaws, but it has more positive aspects than negative ones. The main points that I can attribute to the undoubted advantages of Zero Ultra are a bright screen, high energy efficiency and autonomy, as well as record-breaking fast charging, stereo speakers, reliable software operation in general, and, of course, the main camera module of 200 megapixels with optical stabilisation. The main drawback of the device, oddly enough, is the same Dimensity 920 processor that provides it with excellent energy efficiency – not that it’s bad (on the contrary, it’s one of my favourites), but it’s just not up to par with this smartphone, so using it raises one big question for me. Why? I also didn’t really like the obvious Chinese approach to the XOS shell, or rather the fact that it is very rich in built-in applications and tools. It’s probably a matter of taste and habit, but perhaps this point requires a deeper study.

The Infinix Zero Ultra won't come with the same name recognition as the top smartphone brands, but it comes with camera specs rivalling the very best, at a very affordable price too. With a 200MP main camera, a 32MP selfie camera, stylish design and a sharp waterfall screen, the Zero Ultra is Insta-ready. However, it suffers from an underpowered processor, which leads to temperamental responses and unstable performance at times.

By now, you must have already realised from this review that the Infinix Zero Ultra 5G has its fair share of flaws. The smartphone scores well for design, display size, and fast charging experience. The 200-megapixel camera could use better optimisation to get the best results. While the 180W fast charging is super quick, actual battery life is not as good. There's no Android 13 either and while the update is expected, there is no confirmation of when that will happen. Unless you want a phone that charges fully in in 15 minutes, there are better performing options in this price range. All in all, I think the Infinix Zero Ultra is a hard sell for Rs 36,999 as other options such as the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G or the iQoo Neo 6 offer a better experience and cost a lot less.

This phone has a 6.8-inch curved-edge 120Hz AMOLED display with an integrated fingerprint sensor, which instantly gives it a premium feel. Content runs pretty smoothly and the display is quite sharp. With a peak brightness of 900 nits, viewing content on this panel shouldn't be a problem in most conditions. The Infinix Zero Ultra has a 4500mAh battery and comes with a 180W fast-charging adaptor. Infinix claims the phone can charge up to 100 percent in just 12 minutes. The Infinix Zero Ultra is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC and supports 5G. In India, the Infinix Zero 20 is available in just one configuration, with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage for Rs. 15,999. The Infinix Zero Ultra is available for Rs. 29,999 for the sole 8GB RAM and 256GB storage configuration. Let us know what you think about these new offerings in the comments.

For the last few years, Infinix is working on Zero-series phones, and year after year, they have improved the overall quality of the smartphone. Infinix Zero Ultra smartphone is the byproduct of their struggle, and it shows in real-time usage. Though, the phone might not have a performance to par with the flagship phone. But still, other aspects compensated for those shortcomings to some extent. If the Zero Ultra is present in your country, we would recommend you purchase this phone to try something new and out of the box. But be aware that you will get delayed Android updates in the upcoming years. Anyway, there are a few smartphones that can outperform this phone, and the best alternative would be Vivo X90 is a value-for-money deal with its specs and features.

The Infinix Zero Ultra is a good phone for its price, but there are some ifs and buts. Infinix has offered a premium design and has tried to offer features to match the overall vibe of the phone. The phone packs a ton of good features, like the 180W fast charging and 120Hz display. The hardware you get is really capable. The performance is good for everyday use and will suffice for gaming. The main camera took some really nice shots in daylight. However, I feel it’s not up to the mark of a 200MP camera. The battery performance is decent and the charging speed is just really fast. At the same time, the UI is far from good. There’s a lot of work needed to be done by the brand in XOS. At last, I’m not sure if spending 30K on an Infinx phone would be a wise decision considering you only get a good display with super fast charging speeds.

The Infinix ZERO ULTRA gets a lot of things right, it looks and feels like a flagship smartphone with that curved display and textured back. Its screen gets very bright and is very sharp, while the camera system more or less takes great shots in most scenarios, with some software hiccups here and there that we hope Infinix would fix with a software update. It’s not hard to take a look at the device though, coming in at PHP 21,999 for the lone 8GB + 256GB model, that’s a pretty sweet deal for what you get. Watch out also flash sales that the company has which will bring down the price of the device even more. There’s not a lot of compromise here especially with that 180W Thunder Charge, it is a game changer in how you use your smartphone.

The Infinix Zero Ultra smartphone was launched in October 2022 and the expected price offered by the company is almost $515 (Rs 42,490 in India) approx. As for the primary specs, you are getting a 6.8-inches AMOLED display that comes with 120Hz refresh rate support. The processing section is not bad either, as you will receive a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset. As for the software end, you will get the latest Android 12 OS with XOS 12 custom UI. In terms of storage, the device offers a single 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage option, and you also get a dedicated microSD slot. The camera island offers a triple-camera setup which includes a 200MP main camera with OIS support that can record 4K videos at 30fps. On the other hand, you also get a 32MP selfie lens. As far as the battery life is concerned, the makers introduced a Li-Po 4500 mAh battery, and 180W fast charging support. Last but not least, you can purchase this phone in two colors: Coslight Silver, and Genesis Noir.

Infinix has certainly tried to push limits with this one. The Infinix Zero 5G 2023 Turbo comes with a simple yet eye-catching design, offers a good LTPS display, and is high on performance. It provides a good battery life and has consistency in network reception. However, its average cameras, bloated UI, and limited software support are some of the things to consider before purchasing. If you can get past the aforesaid limitations and your budget is strictly Rs 20,000, then it’s a good device to consider for the asking price of Rs 19,999. With card offers or exchange discounts, the device can be picked up for a cheaper price. But is worth noting that there are other offerings as well in this segment, which you can check before purchasing the Zero 5G 2023 Turbo. Some of the competitors of the device are Realme 10 Pro and Poco X5 Pro. The Realme 10 Pro has a design of its own but packs a slightly weaker chip (mainly for gaming). Also, it has a maximum of 1080p 60fps video recording support, unlike Zero 5G’s 4K 30fps support. The Poco X5 Pro, on the other hand, offers an AMOLED display and an ultra-wide camera. It also has a 67W fast charging speed. However, it’s in another league of Rs 25,000 range.

The Infinix Zero 5G 2023 is definitely a great smartphone under 20K, as you can tell by reading this review. The back panel and looks of the phone punch above its price tag. It delivers great performance, solid battery backup and decent camera performance. Moreover, the big high refresh rate display is great for playing games and content consumption. 33W fast charging isn’t really the fastest but it’s good enough for casual users. Yes the UI could have been better and the lack of an ultra-wide lens feels like a drawback. However, other than that, the Infinix Zero 5G 2023 is no doubt a solid option for anyone who is looking for a good looking and high performance 5G phone under 20K.

The Infinix Zero 5G 2023 Turbo comes equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that in my limited experience lasted for quite a while with some web browsing and watching videos on YouTube. This smartphone supports fast charging and comes with a 33W power adaptor. It is powered by the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 1080 5G SoC which is good enough for daily tasks and smooth gaming. In my limited use, the phone performed well. The Infinix Zero 5G 2023 Turbo runs on XOS 12.0 based on Android 12 which isn't very smooth and needs a lot of improvement. The Infinix Zero 5G 2023 Turbo is equipped with a good SoC and decent cameras, but a not-so-great display, and is priced at Rs. 19,999 in India. There are other options in this price range with better displays and cameras that offer much better value for the money.

The Inifnix Zero 5G 2023 is a good device for most people as it offers a very premium design coupled with good performance and decent cameras. Infinix needs to work on the software and provide timely updates to consumers. We have no idea when 5G will work on this device, but we hope it will be soon. In conclusion, we would recommend buying this phone if you are looking for an overall balanced device and you do not care much about the software. The Infinix Zero 5G 2023 gets a lot right, but shortcomings in key areas will make you think twice about buying one. Highlights include excellent performance from MediaTek’s Dimensity 1080, a chip you’ll usually find in much more expensive phones. Alongside an excellent 120Hz display and impressive 50Mp main camera, there’s a lot to like here. However, mediocre battery life and a poor software experience are hard to ignore, while a lack of other lenses limits its photography potential. With the phone not being sold in the West, there’s no reason to go out of your way to buy one. However, if you live in a country it’s available, the Zero 5G 2023 is still worth considering.

To wrap things up, I think the Infinix Zero 30 is a great overall package for the price that pushes the boundary for smartphone cameras in the midrange arena. Especially in terms of videography. It does under-deliver on its promise of “stable, shake-free videos every time”, but I hope this encourages the competition to follow suit in the future anyway. There are also a couple of optimization issues for Infinix to sort out but all in all, the Zero 30 makes a lot of sense under 25,000 rupees. I’ll admit — this segment does have a few other compelling options like the Motorola Edge 40 Neo(review) and the iQOO Z7 Pro as well — but it easily stands out against the competition. Mostly through its videography abilities. Infinix Zero 30 is a well-rounded package with formidable camera capabilites. There are no serious compromises but Infinix could surely work on the optimization side of things.

We got tons of expectations with the Infinix ZERO 30 5G and, for the most part, it has delivered on its promise. Infinix managed to cram everything one would look for in a budget mid-ranger, and then some more. The design, display, performance and camera all checks out that you’d think this model is positioned to dish it out against premium mid-range devices in the 20k to 25k price range, yet you’re only asked to fork out just Php14,999 for it. Now, if that’s not what “bang-for-your-buck” means, then we don’t know what else to call it. The Infinix ZERO 30 5G is now out in stores and comes in Rome Green, Golden Hour and Fantasy Purple colorways. You can get it at a suggested retail price of only Php14,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB ROM variant. Grab the Infinix ZERO 30 5G over at Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok.

Infinix Zero 30 5G impresses on multiple fronts as it comes with an amazing design, brilliant display, and a capable processor. However, it does present issues in camera performance, particularly in low-light situations. On top of this, the brand offers just a year of software support for the phone, which is disappointing as otherwise, this phone is brimming with potential. Overall, this phone is a worthy buy for most people with a budget below Rs 25,000. The handset will be competing against the likes of the OnePlus Nord CE3 5G (review) and iQOO Z7 Pro (review) in this price category. While these other handsets also have their own strong aspects, the Zero 30 5G looks like a solid offering, to say the least.

The omission of expandable storage is a bit of a bummer and battery life, while dependable, is not the best in the class. More importantly, XOS is still in need of polish as it will count against the Zero 30 in the comparisons to established makers' phones. Still, all things considered, the Infinix Zero 30 would give you great return of our heard earned cash. At MSRP it wouldn't necessarily be our first choice in its price bracket, but it would still be on the shortlist. The Infinix Zero 30 5G is an exemplary mid-range smartphone that is well worth its asking price. The design is fantastic, the AMOLED display is bright and vibrant, the performance is top-level for the price, and the battery life is pretty decent as well. Build quality is impressive for a budget to mid-range phone, with stereo speakers included, and a generous package of included accessories, including a 68W charger, USB cable, a case, and even a pair of USB earphones. Not only is the selfie camera more impressive than most flagship smartphones, it also features a dual LED flash, and can record 4K video at 60fps. For people who primarily use the selfie camera, this will be a massive improvement over the low-resolution fixed focus selfie cameras found on some budget phones. The main 108MP camera has a bright aperture for a smartphone, at f/1.65, and with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and auto-focus, it delivers good results in a variety of shooting scenarios. It would be nice if image stabilisation was more effective when recording 4K video.

The Infinix Zero 40 5G is a competent and well-made device, especially for the price. You get a good design and build quality, great display, good performance, fast charging, and a decent software experience. Other things like camera, battery life, and speakers are fine, if not spectacular. The video recording is a bit underwhelming, despite being the main focus of the device, and the software design lacks originality, but aside from that there isn't much to complain about.

The Infinix Zero 40 5G is a good choice if you're on the lookout for a mid-range phone that offers good design, a good set of cameras that you'll mostly use in the day, good gaming performance, decent battery life, and a nice big curved display with fast refresh rate. If you're looking for a phone for vlogging, this is not the one. In terms of alternatives in the same price range, you can try the Motorola Edge 50 Pro (Review), iQOO Z9s Pro (Review), or the Nothing Phone 2a Plus (Review). All of these have their own advantages and disadvantages, so we'd recommend reading the reviews before making a decision.

You might be confused with the title of the review given how I’ve mostly said nice things about the Infinix Zero 40. Well, on its own, I can’t deny that it gives you a good display, a respectable processor, and fantastic battery life. However, as you can see from my comparisons, there are phones out there that cost just as much or less while providing similar, or even better, performance. While RM1,699 is still relatively affordable, it’s RM400 more than the Zero 30. For that price difference, you’re only getting a somewhat upgraded chipset, a marginally brighter display, and wireless charging at the cost of slower wired charging. Somehow, despite being under the affordable smartphone umbrella, it still manages to be overpriced.

The Infinix Zero 40 4G and 5G have the same Mediatek chipset inside the smartphone. They have similar designs but with different colors. They even have the same bright display, camera hardware, and even the battery capacity. The only differences are in chipset, 5G, and wireless charging. The chipset in the 5G smartphone has almost double the power of the 4G model, making it significantly more powerful in gaming. This combined with the other two differences makes them worlds apart, even though they are quite similar. However, their difference isn’t substantial enough to make them both stand out. Considering everything the Infinix Zero 40 4G has, the pricing is not justified and we cannot recommend it but the pricing of the 5G model is alright.

Okay wrapping things up, the Infinix Zero 40 5G is a good overall package if you consider the price. I mean, the design is premium, the display is great with a 144Hz refresh rate and the camera is super decent if not the best! Also, XOS is feature-rich, although, I would like it a bit more refined on the UI elements side. And the other thing is, that it can work on optimizing the main camera as this phone has a capable sensor and chipset alike! The Infinix Zero 40 5G is a very good value for money phone in terms of design, display and performance. The Dimensity 8200 chip provides you strong performance for gaming and daily tasks alike. Likewise, the cameras are on the decent side, if not great while the battery life is good alongside a 45W charging and 20W wireless charging support. The haptics and UI could have been better tho'

Infinix:
ARM Mali-G77 MP9:
Scheda grafica integrata basata sull'architettura Valhall.
Basata sull'architettura Valhall.
