Samsung Exynos 7904

Il Samsung Exynos 7904 (chiamato anche Exynos Serie 7) è un sistema su chip (SoC) di fascia media superiore per smartphone e tablet. È stato lanciato all'inizio del 2019 e dispone di due core Cortex-A73 con clock fino a 1,8 GHz. Inoltre, ci sono sei core Cortex-A53 ad alta efficienza energetica fino a 1,6 GHz, una GPU ARM Mali-G71 MP2 e un controller di memoria LPDDR4x. Il modem LTE integrato supporta velocità di download LTE Cat.12 3CA 600 Mbps e caricamento Cat.13 2CA 150 Mbps. Nel chip sono presenti anche WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0 e Radio FM. Rispetto al più vecchio e veloce Exynos 7885, il 7904 offre un core A73 con clock più lento (1,8 contro 2,2 GHz).

È prodotto in 14nm FinFET alla Samsung e quindi un SoC piuttosto efficiente dal punto di vista energetico.
