Mediatek Helio P90

Il Mediatek Helio P90 è un SoC ARM per smartphones (principalmente basato su Android) che è stato introdotto nel 2019. È prodotto in un processo FinFET da 12 nm (12FFC) ed è equipaggiato con 2x grandi cores ARM Cortex-A75 (2,2 GHz max.) e 6x piccoli ed efficienti cores ARM Cortex-A55 (2 GHz max.) in due clusters (bigLITTLE). Il processore integra anche un modem LTE Modem LTE (4G) Cat-12 (600 Mbps DL) / Cat-13 (150 Mbps UL), una GPU PowerVR GM 9446 e ISP per foto da 64 MP e videoregistrazione 4K, e un'unità di elaborazione AI con una prestazione teorica di 1165 Giga-Multiply-Adds al secondo. Il controller di memoria sul die supporta LPDDR4x-1866 dual-channel (8 GB max.) e la memoria flash può essere collegata tramite UFS 2.1.

Le prestazioni della CPU dovrebbero essere leggermente al di sotto di uno Snapdragon 730 (ad esempio nel Reno2 Z nei nostri benchmarks) e quindi nella classe media superiore degli smartphones 2019.
