For the price it is being offered at, it is quite a capable gaming machine that can do everything you throw at it without any issues. It is a laptop that I loved everything about except for a few quirks like the IO, speakers and the battery performance. Overall it is a good laptop that you can take to the office and at the same time can also play a few hours of Battlefield V on.

The Legion Y540 can run new AAA titles with a surprisingly high level of composure and ease. Its strengths include good display and sound quality, clean physical design, and a responsive touchpad.

If we have to be honest, they didn’t change a lot on the Legion Y540, compared to the model from last year, although this is not always a bad thing. It retained the keyboard we saw on the Legion Y530, which in terms of performance and comfortability is certainly good. On the downside, there were some issues with this keyboard that people are reporting on forums all around the world, so we hope that Lenovo has fixed them with this iteration.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Mobile:
Scheda grafica per laptop di fascia medio-alta basata sull'architettura Turing con funzionalit‡ di raytracing e 1.920 shaders. Rispetto all'analoga scheda desktop con nome simile, offre valori di clock ridotti.
Queste schede grafiche dovrebbero essere in grado di far funzionare tutti i giochi attuali con un framerates fluido ma rinunciando al livello di dettaglio massimo. Specialmente i giochi impegnativi come Crysis, Age of Conan, o Mass Effect sono utilizzabili soltanto con impostazioni grafiche ridotte. I giochi meno pesanti (e più datati), come Fifa 08, Command & Conquer 3, o Battlefield 2142 possono essere giocati con livello di dettagli più alto.
