HiSilicon Kirin 9020 è un SoC che può essere utilizzato negli smartphone e nei tablet basati su Android ed è stato installato per la prima volta nel Huawei Mate X6.

Huawei non rivela alcuna informazione sul SoC. Le poche informazioni disponibili provengono da benchmark e strumenti di analisi del sistema. Tutti concordano sul fatto che la CPU è composta da tre cluster con un totale di 12 core, come nel predecessore, ma non si affida più ai classici modelli ARM Cortex, ma solo a quelli di HiSilicon.

Il cluster di risparmio energetico ha quattro core (HiSilicon 0x0D23), ognuno dei quali funziona fino a 1.600 MHz, mentre altri sei core utilizzano core HiSilicon non specificati (0x0D46) e hanno un clock fino a 2.151 MHz. Il terzo cluster contiene due core HiSilicon (0x0D05), ciascuno con una velocità di clock massima di 2.500 MHz. Le prestazioni in single-core sono di conseguenza miste, ma le prestazioni multi-core sono al livello di un SoC di fascia alta del 2022, come lo Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, grazie ai numerosi core.

Come unità grafica è integrato un Maleoon 920. Non si sa nulla di concreto sul processo di produzione o sull'architettura. Il SoC sarà probabilmente prodotto a 7 nm presso SMIC (7N+2 secondo TechInsights).
