Intel i5-1145G7

L'Intel Core i5-1145G7 è un SoC quad-core efficiente per computer portatili e Ultrabooks basato sulla generazione Tiger Lake-U che è stata annunciata all'inizio del 2021. Integra quattro core di processore Willow Cove (8 threads grazie all'HyperThreading). La velocità di clock di base dipende dalle impostazioni TDP e va da 1,1 GHz (12 Watt TDP) fino a 2,6 GHz (28 Watt). Il Boost è sempre specificato a 4,4 GHz (uno o due core).

Un'altra novità è la scheda grafica integrata Xe con 80 EU basata sull'architettura Gen 12 completamente nuova. Offre prestazioni significativamente più elevate rispetto alla vecchia Iris Plus G7 (Ice Lake).

Inoltre, i SoC Tiger Lake aggiungono il supporto PCIe 4 (4 corsie), l'accelerazione hardware AI e la parziale integrazione di Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 e Wifi 6 nel chip. Oltre a questo, l'i5 supporta vPro per una facile gestione remota.

Il chip è prodotto nel migliorato processo SuperFin a 10nm di Intel che dovrebbe essere paragonabile al processo a 7nm di TSMC (es. Ryzen serie 4000).
