Intel Pentium 2117U

L'Intel Pentium 2117U è un processore dual core Ultra Low Voltage (ULV) per portatili entry-level. Si basa sull'architettura Ivy Bridge ma molte delle features come il Turbo Boost, la Virtualization VT-d, l'HyperThreading, l'AES o la Trusted Execution sono disattivate. Il Pentium 2117U integra una scheda grafica Intel HD Graphics che si basa sulla HD Graphics 2500.

Le prestazioni del Pentium 2117U dovrebbero essere leggermente superiori rispetto ad una CPU Pentium Sandy Bridge con clock simile. Di conseguenza, le prestazioni dovrebbero essere simili (leggermente inferiori) ad un Pentium B940 da 2.0 GHz.

I 17W di TDP includono la GPU integrata ed il controller di memoria e di conseguenza la 2117U è adatta per piccoli portatili.
