Intel i5-10500H

L'Intel Core i5-10500H è un processore veloce per computer portatili con sei core basato sulla serie Comet Lake-H (quarta generazione dell'architettura Skylake). Il processore ha un clock tra 2,5 e 4,5 GHz e può eseguire fino a dodici threads simultaneamente grazie all'Hyper-Threading. Secondo Intel, la CPU è prodotta con processo a 14nm (14nm++). 

L'architettura Comet Lake è simile a Coffee Lake e offre le stesse caratteristiche ed è prodotta nello stesso processo a 14nm. Oltre alle frequenze di clock migliorate, il controller di memoria ora supporta anche RAM DDR4-2933 più veloci. Prestazioni

Le prestazioni dovrebbero essere leggermente indietro rispetto al vecchio Core i7-9850H con 6 core con clock a 2,6 - 4,6 GHz (100 MHz in più rispetto al 10500H). Pertanto, le prestazioni sono adatte per compiti impegnativi.

Grafica

L'iGPU integrata Intel UHD Graphics 630 dovrebbe offrire prestazioni simili alla UHD630 del Core i5-9300H. Come soluzione di fascia bassa, probabilmente eseguirà solo i giochi attuali senza problemi a dettagli ridotti - se mai lo farà.

Consumo energetico

Intel specifica il TDP con 45 watts e quindi l'i5 è adatto solo a grandi computer portatili con buone soluzioni di raffreddamento. Usando cTDP-down, la CPU può anche essere configurata a 35 Watt con conseguente riduzione delle prestazioni.
