You know, premium business notebooks are not a rarity these days. Pretty much every manufacturer out there has at least one offering in this segment. However, it is pretty hard to nail it. Well, ASUS is pretty close to doing it with its ExpertBook B9 (B9400). It is absolutely packed with features, spanning from the software-enhanced noise cancellation, located in the easy-to-use MyASUS app. From there, you can pick between three performance presets, delivering either the best out of the hardware or a completely silent operation. At the end of the day, ASUS has made a huge claim with this laptop. It has the performance, looks, and structural integrity to beat many premium laptops on the market. In fact, we think that the reason to pick another device, like the ThinkPad X1 Carbon 9th Gen, would be down only to personal preference.

The Asus ExpertBook B9450CEA (starts at $1,599.99; $2,349.99 as tested) is a 14-inch business laptop that mixes portability and power. It's super thin and light at just 0.59 inch thick and 2.2 pounds, but it still finds room inside to run a potent 11th Generation Intel Core i7 processor. The B9450CEA has an attractive grab-and-go design, more ports than you might expect, and good performance for its class, but we didn't see the extraordinary battery life we admired when testing the original B9450, and it's a bit pricey compared to some alternatives. The new ExpertBook is a solid contender with a full feature set, but we prefer the stellar Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon or a slick convertible like the Dell Latitude 9410 2-in-1 if we're going to spend this much on a luxe ultralight.

The ExpertBook B9 doesn’t break the mold or excel beyond our wildest dreams, but it’s a reliable business laptop with long-lasting battery life, hyperfast SSD metrics and a phenomenal speaker system. It’s also bolstered by a tough build with hypnotic (yet minimalistic) aesthetic flairs alongside a solid display that goes above and beyond the average business laptop. But its performance was underwhelming, especially since it is one of the more expensive options among competitors yet fell behind in key categories, with its Handbrake metrics being the slowest even when pitted against laptops nearly $1,000 cheaper. If you don’t mind something larger and heavier, we highly recommend the Lenovo ThinkPad Z16, as it features superior performance and a better display at a lower cost. Otherwise, the ExpertBook B9 is great for those in need of a thin and light yet sturdy business laptop.

ASUS ExpertBook B9 ha molte caratteristiche che possono far felici i professionisti alla ricerca di un notebook da portare in giro tutti i giorni per lavorare. Completo dal punto di vista della dotazione di porte, ergonomico da usare grazie alla buona tastiera che si rialza, non si fa mancare anche il tastierino numerico grazie al NumberPad che trasforma il touchpad in una calcolatrice. Solido, non ingombrante e leggero, ASUS ExpertBook B9 è di buona fattura e possiede un sistema hardware che è pensato su due grandi direttrici: reattività e autonomia. Nel primo caso l'hardware Intel abbinato ai 16 GB di memoria e all'SSD da 512 GB (più che sufficiente, ma c'è spazio per un secondo SSD) consente di gestire in modo fluido tutte le tipiche applicazioni di produttività personale senza intoppi.

Note:ASUS doesn’t promote the ExpertBook B9 for retail users in India since it’s a business series laptop. While the international price tag can be a reference point, Indian users can reach out to Asus for competitive prices in their regions.

The Asus ExpertBook B9 [B9403CVA] is a solid laptop for business people. It’s a nice amalgamation of portability and power with a good display and good battery life; not to mention, there’s Windows 11 Pro, which offers a few nifty features along with better privacy and security, and a few Asus features that subtly elevate the user experience. However, when you factor in its Rs 2,17,990/ $1826 price tag, the Asus ExpertBook B9 begins to feel a little too expensive, considering its competitors have some good business laptops at a lower price. Note:ASUS doesn’t promote the ExpertBook B9 for retail users in India since it’s a business series laptop. While the international price tag can be a reference point, Indian users can reach out to Asus for competitive prices in their regions.

Such a light, compact device will be comfortable to work at home, take it with you to the office, co-working or business trip. But despite the small size, the laptop is highly productive for its segment of devices. It is clear that it is not gaming, but it copes with work tasks easily and quickly, which is clearly proved by the tests I conducted. From myself I will say that it was very convenient to work or view content on it, and my wife liked to write her book on it. So I recommend this laptop to anyone who wants to work comfortably on a computer, wherever they are and whatever they do. I can say with confidence – ExpertBook B9 will be a reliable assistant. If I was looking for a comfortable laptop for work, I would definitely take ExpertBook B9 for three important reasons: it is lightweight, productive and stylish. I believe that a modern ultrabook should fulfil exactly these needs.

A lot of business laptops fail to offer anything interesting, leaving a lot of room for improvement in certain aspects of the user experience. But ASUS ExpertBook B9 is much more interesting. In addition to a sufficient level of performance and good battery life, the laptop has a great display and speakers, its manipulators are completely satisfactory, the webcamera and microphones will allow you to communicate with family and colleagues without any problems, there are many options for quick authentication and even the ability to expand the drive. It's a really cool laptop. But yes, it's still quite expensive, and for some reason this model is without an LTE modem, which would definitely be nice for a laptop of this class.

Oltre ai giochi, viene offerta un'ampia gamma di notebook per esigenze e budget diversi, dagli ultrabook ultrasottili e leggeri ai versatili convertibili 2 in 1 e alle opzioni economiche. Nel 2023, Asus deteneva una quota di mercato globale del 7% del mercato dei PC.

La soddisfazione del cliente per i notebook ASUS riguarda le prestazioni, le caratteristiche e il buon rapporto prezzo-prestazioni dei notebook ASUS. Intel Iris Xe G7 96EUs:

Scheda grafica integrata nei SoC Intel Tiger Lake G4 basati sulla nuova architettura Gen. 12 con 96 EU (Execution Units / Shader Cluster). La frequenza di clock dipende dal modello di processore. I chip Tiger Lake sono prodotti nel moderno processo 10nm+ di Intel.

Intel Comet Lake:

i7-10510U: Processore quad-core a bassa potenza basato su Comet Lake (tecnicamente identico a Whiskey Lake e ancora prodotto in 14nm++). I core della CPU possono clockare tra 1,8 e 4,9 GHz (tutti e 4 i 4 core a 4,3 GHz max.) con HyperThreading (8 thread). Il controller di memoria integrato supporta DDR4-2666 e utilizzando cTDP su/giù le prestazioni possono essere regolate dall'OEM (10 - 25 Watt possibili, 15W di default).

Intel Tiger Lake:

i7-1165G7:

Intel Alder Lake-M:

i7-1255U:

CPU mobile basata su Alder Lake con 2 core ad alte prestazioni e 8 core efficienti. I core ad alte prestazioni offrono un hyper threading che porta a 12 thread elaborabili. Il processore funziona a frequenze comprese tra 1,2 e 4,7 GHz. Il TDP è di 15 watt.

Intel Raptor Lake-U:
