L'AMD Ryzen 5 7600X è un veloce processore desktop di fascia media della serie Raphael. Offre 6 core basati sull'architettura Zen 4 che supporta l'hyperthreading (12 thread). I core funzionano a frequenze che vanno da 4,7 (base) a 5,7 GHz (single core boost). Quando tutti e 6 i core sono completamente carichi, la velocità di clock massima è di 5,3 GHz. 

Le prestazioni dell'R5 7600X sono significativamente migliori rispetto al precedente Ryzen 5 5600X grazie all'architettura migliorata e al moderno processo a 5 nm. Le prestazioni single core sono molto buone grazie all'elevata velocità di clock del turbo (-400 MHz rispetto alle CPU di fascia alta come il Ryzen 9 7950X). Le prestazioni multithread non sono ovviamente molto competitive a causa dei 6 core.

La serie Raphael utilizza ancora un design a chiplet con due cluster CCD (ciascuno con 8 possibili core) in 5 nm e un IO-die (compreso il controller di memoria e l'iGPU Radeon Graphics) in 6 nm.

L'R5 7600X ha un TDP di 105 watt e Raphael è piuttosto affamato di energia rispetto alla serie 5000.
